BactiOzyme 8000 Compost

BactOzyme 8000 Compost is a high potency, made of bacteria, fungi and anaerobic bacteria that are synergistic for effective use in the breakdown of many types of compost waste. BactiOzyme 8000 Compost attacks the raw materials in a compost pile and transforms it into stable, odorless humus. Due to the diversity of microorganisms and enzyme systems, this product is excellent for accelerated composting degradation.

Safe bacteria and enzyme systems are naturally present in large numbers to manage difficult composting problems which reduces odors and stabilizes/reduces organic compost.

APPLICATIONS

Sludge composting Pile composting Mulching sheet:

Starting dosage: Sprinkle one pound of BactiOzyme 8000 Compost on each 500 pounds of materials to be treated. Aerate or turn the compost pile. Adjust the moisture content so that the mixed materials feel moist and springy, but so that it doesn't stay in a pressed compact ball. Continue dosing with one pound per 2000 pounds of material to be treated every 7-14 days.

Pile composting:

Starting Dosage: Make a slurry of one pound of BactiOzyme 8000 Compost and water for every 500 pounds of compost. For rapid composting, turn the pile every two days for a week to ten days.

Mulching sheet:

Mix the mulch into the soil lightly and add one pound of BactiOzyme 8000 Compost to the water for every 500 pounds of mulch. Sprinkle evenly over the soil and let sit for several weeks before planting.

BactiOzyme MD

Because of large herds on limited acreage, today's agriculture requires a lot of manure to be spread per day or stored in facilities until disposal. Lagoons, pits, or slurry storage are generally emptied once or twice a year.

The main problems associated with liquid manure storage are accumulation of solids and odors. The accumulation of solids forms a crust on the top of the liquid manure, reducing aeration and slowing its absorption. This makes it extremely difficult to pump, increasing costs and slowing down the process of emptying the storage unit.

BactiOzyme-MD is of great potency, it is a proprietary blend made of microorganisms, micro/macroelements and a suppressor/penetrant surface tension, therefore it is made for the biological attack of animal waste. Due to the diversity of microorganisms and enzyme systems, this product is excellent for accelerating the degradation of animal waste. NutraFX Composting provides you with a safe, natural and economical method of treating wastes and controlling odors, ammonia and H25 gases. NutraFXTM Composting contains non pathogenic live bacterial strains and enzymes which are selectively adapted to digest complex and non-biodegradable compounds such as detergents, fats, fibers, oils, grease, phenols, proteins etc. NutraFXrm Composting cultures grow in either the presence or absence of oxygen and are stable for up to 2 years. NutraFXTM Composting cultures are non pathogenic, non corrosive, safe to handle and store, and are certified salmonella free.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE :

Use in stalls with mats or sand and alleys with scrapers. Apply in stall area to equal 1/2 distance from gutter or alley to the neck curb or lunge rail. Lactating cows, dry cows, heifers in late pregnancy: 8,5 grams of NutraFXTM Composting per Adult animal stall, once per week

WARNING:

This product is an extremely fine particle and may cause irritation to skin and lungs. A protective mask is recommended and required when using this product.

STORAGE CONDITIONS :

For optimal activity over longest storage time, keep in dry warehouse under 45°c. Shelf life under these conditions estimated to be one year.

Ultra-Compost is a product that promotes the reduction of somatic cells.
Ultra-compost develops beneficial bacteria that helps compost manure.
This product is used directly on the carpet or on the cubicles.
Usage rate: 8.5 grams/head/week

Our septic installation consists of two tanks; one sealed and emptied regularly, the other being a gray water diffusion tank which acts as a purification field. About ten years ago we were faced with major problems with gray water flowing through the pipes and into the leach field, and were about to dig up the backyard to remedy the problem, which would have destroyed the earthworks and incurred considerable costs. Luckily for us, a friend suggested we try the “Protozyme 5” products in combination with the “Bio Set Tabs”. At this point we had nothing to lose and proceeded with the proposed treatment. A few days later the situation was completely resolved. Since then, we have successfully used this combination of products for the maintenance of our system.
