WASHING OF PANS IN SEASON

The sugar stone (calcium malate), by forming in the breakdowns, reduces heat exchange. In addition, there is a risk of burning when the syrup seeps under the stone.

NOTE: For good syrup quality, it is necessary to clean the evaporator periodically. The characteristic maple flavor develops during evaporation. Also, it is during this operation that the quality of the syrup can easily deteriorate.

Instructions

• Light: Dilute 1 part Ultra Net ER to 15 parts water.

• Medium Dirt: Dilute 1 part Ultra Net ER to 10 parts water.

• Very Severe Dirt: Dilute 1 part Ultra Net ER to 5 parts water

Appropriate Dilution:

The evaporator must be filled to the top of the shelves. Boil brush and rinse well.

Lemon extract, citric acid and food grade phosphoric acid .
